Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. However, we offer refunds under specific conditions listed below, valid for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.

You may request a refund if:

  • The product key is invalid or non-functional, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

🌍 Regional Refund Periods

We honor region-specific refund windows in accordance with consumer protection laws:

  • Germany, UK, USA, Canada: 30 days from purchase

All requests must be submitted in writing and include your order number and a description of the issue.

🔁 Exchanges

If your license key is defective, we will issue a free replacement key after verification.
