Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for digital software products are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The license key provided is invalid or defective, and the issue cannot be resolved through our support team.
  • You did not receive the product key after completing payment.
  • The product delivered does not match the description of the purchased item.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • System incompatibility (please ensure your system meets the software’s requirements before purchasing).
  • Attempted activation on unsupported devices.
  • Activated or redeemed licenses.

Region-Specific Terms

Germany

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in compliance with German consumer protection laws (BGB §355).

Refund Process

Submit a Refund Request: Email us at support@okactivate.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of error messages).

Review and Verification: Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, a refund will be processed, and you will be notified by email.

Processing Timeline: Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process. It may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card or payment method statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or invalid key, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us at support@okactivate.com for a replacement key.
