Delivery Process
- Instant Delivery: 99% of orders are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment and verification. You will receive your product key(s) and activation instructions immediately.
- Standard Delivery for Low-Risk Orders: For orders processed during our working hours, delivery is guaranteed within 2 hours.
- High-Risk Orders: If your order requires additional verification for security purposes, it will be processed and delivered within 24 hours.
Working Hours
Our team processes and monitors orders during the following working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (GMT)
- Sunday & Holidays: Limited support available; delays may occur for non-instant orders.

Refunds for Non-Delivery
